The recruitment of interns

Responsibilities:

ŸMentoring clear customer recruitment requirements, effective use of a variety of ways to find the right candidates to establish long-term contact with the candidate to develop the talent pool;

ŸAssist consultants for the implementation of the recruitment project management, such as participation in talent selection, arrangement and coordination of the first test of qualified candidates write a report;

Ÿ3 to update the database of candidates.

Requirements:

ŸUndergraduate junior / graduate research, research or excellent students in the school can be a background in science or engineering and pharmaceutical professional background is preferred;

ŸHR / consulting industry are interested in full-time or more than four days of working time (working days) per week;

Ÿ3 independent, able to work under high pressure, good self-management;

ŸTelemarketing, telephone research internship experience for students is a priority;

ŸSkilled use of office software;
