一、咨询顾问Consultant – Marketing / CRM / Sales Management Automotive

The Consultant will be a member of the group of CRM and Sales Management, which provides our clients with recommendations ranging from high-level CRM / Customer Experience Management Strategies to detailed process designs in CRM and Sales management. （三）Your Profile:
Professional experience
•
Minimun 2 year’s work experience in the area of management consulting or CRM / Marketing, automotive related experience preferred
•
Strong understanding of Marketing/CRM, Dealer Management and/or After Sales Management in the automotive company
•
Strong logic, research & data analysis skills
•
Able to
adjust to high pressure, fast pace and constant-changing environment
•
Able to complete tasks individually
•
Strong MS Office and SPSS skills
Educational background
•
Bachelor degree , post graduate degree and MBA are preferred
•
Excellent Mandarin and English
skills (written & oral)
•
German speaking skills would be a plus

（一）工作内容：

（二）资质要求:
1、招聘对象：在校研究生，MBA，已保研本科生，以及希望兼职的社会工作者
2、能力要求：

有一定的市场调查及分析研究能力，有咨询公司、调研公司等实习/工作经历者优先

有一定的市场营销/CRM知识、经验，汽车行业相关更佳
Ø
熟练使用微软office软件，尤其是Excel及Powerpoint
Ø
对相关专业工具有一定了解，如SPSS、VISIO等
Ø
良好的英语技能
3、时间要求：近期有充裕、稳定的时间，可尽快坐班。
三、实习生2
（一）工作内容：

将德语文档翻译、转化成中文/英文文档
2.
协助咨询顾问调研及分析相关材料、数据等
（二）资质要求：
1、招聘对象：在校本科/研究生
2、能力要求：

德语有一定基础，阅读和写作能力良好，听说能力好更佳

英文和中文良好，写作能力好
